While You're Inside the Headquarters
How do I find a specific room or resource?
Use the HQ Map located HERE to find what you are looking for. Each of the Defenders has their own dedicated room at the top of the stairs as well.
Something won’t load or looks weird — what should I do?
First, try refreshing your browser and make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of that browser. If that doesn’t fix it, launch the Live Chat on the left side of the HQ screen — a real Defenders team member is standing by to assist while the HQ is open. You can also hunt down the HELP llama inside the headquarters and give them a chat!
How do I join one of the scheduled events?
Great question! All you have to do is head over to the big screen in the main HQ hall when the event you want to view is scheduled to run and you're in!
How can I sponsor or customize a room or event?
We are so excited that you are interested in sponsoring or customizing your own room or event at Stormwater Defenders Headquarters! Please fill out the form located HERE and one of our dedicated team members will be in touch with you to discuss.
Can I connect with a real person right now?
Absolutely. Either use the Live Chat on the left side of the screen or find that HELP llama and you will be instantly connected to our team.
