PUDLE OUTREACH K-12 LICENSING USER GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Definitions

Artwork: Artwork refers to graphics, images, and videos offered through the PUDLEGearCustom.com art catalog, and as specifically detailed in Schedule(s) hereto.
Enlistment: Enlistment refers to the License subscription level purchased by the User, defining the Supplies, Mission Packs, services and additional offerings licensed and associated rights as outlined in Enlistment Table.

License: License refers to the limited right granted by CWT to User to use the Artwork pursuant to the terms specified in this Agreement, and as specifically detailed in Schedule(s) hereto.
PUDLE: PUDLE refers to Prevent Unauthorized Discharge thru Learning and Education outreach program (PUDLEOutreach.com), which provides tools, artworks (PUDLEGearCustom.com) and merchandise store (PUDLEGear.com) to promote water quality management and protection including the Stormwater Defenders (StormwaterDefenders.com).
Mission Packs: Age group defined lesson plans and associated Supplies and activities.

Supplies: Supplies are collateral items, artwork and other items such as graphics, posters, coloring pages, exercises, stickers, books, training tools, etc.

User: User is an entity such as a municipality, school, school district or college that enters into an Enlistment Agreement with CWT.

General Terms



Artwork, Mission Packs or other Supplies (graphics, posters, coloring pages, exercises, stickers, books, training tools, etc.) may not be used on any item for resale or personal use and are only to be used for K-12 educational purposes. Personal use items should be ordered through PUDLE Gear Custom.
 
Artwork and Mission Packs may not be shared outside of the User or User's Organization responsible for purchasing the Enlistment Package.
 
There are no quantity restrictions on reproduction of collateral items in the Mission Pack, but there are restrictions on the number of items available for use, as determined by each Enlistment Level.

Branding or customization of Mission Pack materials or Supplies is allowed. Customizations conceived, prepared, or to be utilized by User or any of User's agents other than those provided by CWT must be approved by CWT in writing prior to use, display, or promotion by User.
 
CWT reserves the right to disallow use of Artwork, which CWT deems inappropriate and/or violates the Licensing Agreement for PUDLE Outreach Artwork use.
 
Copyright symbol must be included on all usage where reasonably permissible - ©️[insert year] PUDLEOutreach.com

All licensing agreements based on Enlistment Level are valid for the time period defined by the Enlistment licensing agreement as signed at purchase.
 
User-created collateral materials utilizing CWT Artwork may be co-branded with User logo.

Breach of these or other terms in the Licensing Agreement may result in legal action.
